Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. This role requires working full-time with shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM or 11 AM to 7:30 PM, including weekends.

The Dietary Aide supports meal preparation and service, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a safe environment. Our facility promotes a culture of excellence and care, valuing both residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or food service strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation, plating, and service to residents.
• Support delivery of meals according to prescribed nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all dietary guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively to support meal service and kitchen operations.
• Provide courteous interactions with residents during meal service.

Full-Time 11 AM- 7:30 PM Mon.-Fri. and every other weekend

Part-Time 4 PM - 7:30 PM and every other weekend

Daily Pay!

$15.92-$17.00 an hour (All Inclusive)

Responsibilities for Dietary Aide:

• Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation, plating, and meal service to residents in a timely, safe, and respectful manner.
• Support the delivery of meals by ensuring residents receive appropriate dietary selections in accordance with prescribed nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and food service spaces in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Follow all dietary guidelines, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety, nutrition, and resident care.
• Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing wherever needed to support meal service and kitchen operations.
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with residents during meal service to promote a positive dining experience.
