Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Dietary Aide to support our dining team and deliver nutritious meals to residents. This role offers full-time schedules with early or mid shifts and daily pay options, reflecting our commitment to timely meals and resident comfort.

You will assist with meal prep, plating, and service, follow safety guidelines, and work collaboratively in a clean, welcoming environment that values dignity and respectful care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in food preparation or food service preferred.
• Knowledge to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen with meal prep, plating, and service to residents.
• Ensure meals meet prescribed dietary guidelines and selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow dietary guidelines, procedures, and safety rules.
• Collaborate as a team to support meal service and kitchen operations.
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with residents.
