Job summary

Peninsula Post-Acute is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, service, and dietary support. The role covers AM/PM shifts from Thursday to Saturday, withcompetitive hourly pay and opportunities for bonus rewards and ongoing training.

You will ensure trays meet dietary needs, follow standardized recipes, and maintain a clean kitchen while adhering to infection control practices. This position offers a supportive team environment and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to the menu and standardized recipes.
• Check trays for menu accuracy, diet preferences, and nutritional needs.
• Prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure proper consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen area following meal service, ensuring all items are put away properly.
• Provide all dietary services safely and adhere to proper infection control measures.
