Job summary

Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for residents. The role emphasizes nutritious, visually appealing meals and flavorful service in a supportive environment.

Weekend and some holidays availability is required. The dietary team collaborates to provide timely meal service, proper portioning, daily cleaning, and additional dietary support as needed.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are nutritious, palatable, and visually appealing.
• Assist in meal service in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure food is served according to portion control procedures.
• Perform daily cleaning duties following facility policies and procedures.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and the dining room to enhance the mealtime experience.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and additional dietary items as needed.

Dietary Aide Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace with attention to detail
