Location: Southpark Meadows Nursing and Rehab Center - Austin, TX

Position: PRN, Flex shift

Primary Responsibilities

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure proper food preparation, serving to residents, and cleanup after meals.

Essential Functions

• Assist with food prep and cooking following safety regulations
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Set up and pass trays for meal service
• Stock snack cart
• Buss tables and trays
• Clean kitchen work areas
• Dishwashing
• Follow handwashing guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by CDM or Executive Director

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Texas Food Handler Certificate required
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
