A leading company in the food service industry is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and kitchen cleanliness. The role involves setting up meal trays, washing dishes, and ensuring food safety standards. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and a food handler's certificate, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The dietary aide assignments are determined based on the needs of the activity during the shift. He/she reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requires frequent standing and walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Visual acuity for close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
The environment is typically low to moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
