Job summary

Recover-Care in Kansas is seeking a dietary aide/cook to prepare meals for patients and staff in the nursing center. Duties include following recipes, labeling nourishments, and assisting the food service director as needed.

Applicants should have good verbal and written communication, basic sanitation knowledge, and prefer prior experience in food service and long-term care. English literacy is essential for business operations and safety compliance in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.

• The dietary aide and or dietary cook candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills.
