Job summary
The Pines at Utica Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Diet Technician to support nutrition and operations teams in menu analysis, allergen awareness, and wellness programming under a supervising Dietitian. You will help implement nutrition programs and ensure protocols are followed across sites, contributing to resident well-being and high standards of care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related science required.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in nutrition and health care needs of the aged.
Responsibilities
- Analyze menus and enter recipes into nutritional analysis software.
- Conduct weekly menu reviews and audits for compliance.
- Assist with signage and communication of nutrition data.
- Monitor nutrition program details and communicate issues to managers.
- Assist with allergen awareness training and labeling.
