Job summary

Inotiv is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to package finished diet products per customer specs while upholding quality, safety and regulatory standards. You will operate packaging equipment, complete required records, and support efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Salary starts at $22.50/hour with Monday–Friday shifts and potential overtime. Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic math skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math with accuracy.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Record and transfer information to production and quality docs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Perform repetitive tasks accurately and productively.

Responsibilities

• Package finished diet products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Label, fill, weigh, and seal bags accurately.
• Operate packaging, sealing, and vacuum equipment with safety.
• Maintain packaging records and related documentation.
• Conduct product and packaging inspections for quality.
• Support continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ongoing overtime including evenings and weekends as needed.
