Location: Westchester Medical Center - 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY 10595 (Note: online applications accepted only)

Schedule: Full-time rotating schedule. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Distribute and collect menus.
2. Assist patients in completing menu selections in compliance with prescribed diets.
3. Offer menu alternatives based on allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
4. Plan menus based on current diet manual.
5. Prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formulas.
6. Manage human/donor milk and infant formula inventory if responsible.
7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
8. Comply with regulatory standards and complete documentation.
9. Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
