We are hiring immediately for full-time DIET CLERK positions at Morrison Healthcare.

• Location: Westchester Medical Center - 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY 10595 (online applications accepted only)
• Schedule: Full-time rotating schedule. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous experience preferred but not required. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect menus.
• Assist patients with menu selections in compliance with prescribed diets.
• Offer menu alternatives considering allergies, sensitivities, and cultural or religious preferences.
• Plan and prepare menus based on current diet guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formulas accurately and timely.
• Manage human/donor milk and infant formula as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
