Bradford Regional Medical Center is seeking a supervisor for the diet clerk team in the BRMC Food and Nutrition department. You will coordinate patient meal orders, ensure adherence to diet orders and manuals, and support staff during peak service times.
The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and two years in health care food service. Onsite work includes 5a-1p and 12p-8p shifts with rotating weekends.
Supervises diet clerk team to ensure the appropriate monitoring and coordinating of patient selective menu process including age-specific criteria assuring compliance with physicians diet order, approved Diet Manual and any patient specific orders from Clinical Nutrition Staff. Supervises opening/closing of department in absence of Management.
High School diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license.
Two (2) years experience in health care food service required. Able to speak clearly and communicate effectively on telephone and in person. Able to cope with peak production and service times that require speed and concentration. Strong computer skills.
