Job summary

Bradford Regional Medical Center is seeking an Executive Chef to plan, administer and direct all activities related to hospital food production and culinary standards in accordance with ARAMARK, regulatory guidelines and patient care needs.

Reporting to the Director of Food Services, you will lead the production staff, foster cross-department collaboration, and ensure safe, therapeutic diets for patients while maintaining a unified food service experience for patients, visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Food Production training strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospital food service including therapeutic diets or five (5) years in hospital quantity hot food production including modified diets.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Safety Serv Safe Certification required within 12-months of start date.
