Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for evening coverage (4:30pm–7:30pm), 4 days per week. The role focuses on meal service, food preparation assistance, and maintaining dining room setup for residents.

Responsibilities include following regulatory guidelines, assisting with cleaning duties, and supporting the Dietary Supervisor. Prior dietary service experience is preferred; willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary service is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand recipe directions, diet orders and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work using dietary utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.
• Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
• Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow Federal, State and local long term care regulations and Dietary Dept. policies.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Set dining rooms for resident service.
• Serve meals.
• Stock pantry and cupboards with dishware and food items as per par levels.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Dietary Supervisor.
