Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a part-time dining services assistant for a NY long-term care facility. The role offers PT shifts with every other weekend off, 6am-2pm and 12pm-8pm, and provides premium compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties include meeting meal times, assisting cooks, following regulations, cleaning duties, setting dining rooms, serving meals, stocking supplies, and attending in-service programs.

Responsabilidades

• Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
• Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow Federal, State and local long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Set dining rooms for resident service.
• Serve meals.
• Stock pantry and cupboards with dishware and food items as per par levels.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
