Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of truck/trailer mechanical repair experience.
• Possess standard mechanic’s tools as required to perform duties.
• Technical knowledge of major vehicle systems and diesel equipment.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Strong organizational ability with focus on customer needs.
• Can-do attitude with sound judgment and decision-making.
• Safety conscious attitude and work practices.
• Desire to learn and continually improve.

Aufgaben

• Efficiently diagnose and repair truck/trailer systems.
• Diesel system maintenance including fuel system cleaning and maintenance.
• Drive excellence in customer service through proactive communication and commitments.
• Maintain productivity, cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.
• Follow established technical and administrative processes as directed.
• Adhere to technician policies and complete tasks efficiently to close repairs.
• Participate in OEM and other training programs as deemed appropriate.
