Eagle Mark 4 is seeking a Truck & Trailer Mechanic for the Northern Indianapolis region. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial trucks and trailers, carrying out routine maintenance and servicing. A $2,000 sign-on bonus accompanies a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and brake issues, performing repairs to reduce downtime, and maintaining accurate service records while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and drivetrain issues on trucks and trailers.
• Perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Set up and operate metalworking tools to fabricate and repair parts.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, oil changes, brake services, and component replacements.
• Repair and replace defective parts, lubricate moving components, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
