Job summary

Mastertech in Augusta, GA is hiring Diesel Truck and Trailer Mechanics to join a national fleet. Hazmat Tanker experience is a strong asset; HM183 or R Stamp certifications encouraged. Compensation: $27.00 - $38.00/hour; sign-on bonus DOE.

This position offers growth, training, and advancement with weekly pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, comprehensive benefits, and tool and boot allowances. Monday to Friday days or mids.

Qualifications

• Truck or trailer repair experience
• Own tools
• Hazmat CDL valid
• R-Stamp
• State inspection licenses
• Ability to follow manufacturer guidelines and manuals
• Knowledge of emissions, A/C, diagnostics, diesel engines, air, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Welding experience: Stick, MIG or TIG
