Job summary

All Roads Trucks in Baltimore is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. You’ll work with a team to deliver accurate, efficient repairs and contribute to a safe, organized shop environment.

The role offers a first shift, full-time schedule with production bonuses and opportunities for advancement; training to earn certifications is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Diesel Trucks.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
