Pape' Kenworth is seeking a Parts Sales Counterperson I to serve customers at the counter and on the phone, ensuring they get the right parts for Class 7 & 8 diesel trucks. You will translate technical details into practical parts guidance and build lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with growth and training opportunities offered by a stable, family-owned dealer with a long history.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable heavy duty truck parts counter experience.
• Experience in a customer–service oriented role.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and in person to sell parts and services.
