Qualifications

• 2-5 years of verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Extensive knowledge of parts inventory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services.
• Above-average computer and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures; the experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks.

• Be the go-to parts expert for customers looking to maintain and repair class 7 & 8 diesel trucks, face-to-face or over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely recommendations using product literature and specialized software.
