WM is seeking a Supervisor of Technicians for its on-site maintenance shop in New York. The role focuses on leading the day-to-day operations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 4 years of relevant work experience in maintenance supervision.
• Valid driver's license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of technicians in the shop.
• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work and repairs, monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews repairs and requests and prepares work orders.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Coaches, trains, and evaluates staff; participates in promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.
