Job summary

Koch Trucking Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician II in Minnesota. You will perform advanced preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair both tractor and trailer units, ensuring compliance with DOT/state/federal standards and keeping precise maintenance records.

You will mentor junior technicians and contribute to inventory control in a well-equipped shop setting, with focus on accuracy and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tractor maintenance experience.
• Ability to independently complete advanced repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and complex repairs on tractor and trailer units.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support inventory control.

Disel Tech : $7,500 sign on bonus, depending on location

$1,200 Tool Allowance per year, $300 Boot Allowance per year

• $35-$47 / HR (weekend)
