Metropolitan Community College is seeking a positive, dynamic Diesel Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners within the Applied Technology department. The role includes teaching each coursework in the NATEF Diesel Technology Program and engaging with the diesel repair and trucking industries.

A teaching demonstration is part of the interview process and travel to other campuses may be required. Minimum qualifications include substantial occupational experience and appropriate degrees

Qualifications

• 8 years full-time related occupational experience or approved Journeyworker status.
• 4 years full-time related occupational experience and an Associate’s degree in career field.
• 2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor’s degree in the discipline or in a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Teach each coursework in the NATEF Diesel Technology Program.
• Interact with the diesel repair and trucking industries.
• Travel to other MCC campuses as required; participate in teaching demonstrations during interviews.
