Qualifications

• Specific manufacturers diesel experience is required.
• 3 years of technician and automotive parts department experience.
• Ongoing willingness to background check, DMV screen and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C).
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Explain repairs in non-technical terms to customers and service advisors.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies through training.
• Inspect and test vehicles to record findings for repairs.
