Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a skilled Fleet Service Truck Technician to join our growing team in Arcadia, FL. You’ll keep our fleet road-ready by servicing trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs.

You will troubleshoot electrical, fuel, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systems, replace brakes, perform FHWA inspections and tire services, and operate forklifts and hoists. ASE certifications bonus; night shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year shop experience with DOT inspections or brakes
• Tech school certification acceptable
• Must have a toolbox and required tools

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration, and APUs.
• Troubleshoot and repair fuel, electrical, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systems.
• Replace brakes and service trailer ABS systems.
• Complete FHWA inspections and tire services.
• Repair trailer bodies and doors.
• Operate forklifts and hoists; maintain clean, organized workspace.
