TCR North America is growing fast and seeks a skilled Service Technician/Mechanic – Diesel for the Seattle, WA workshop. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair diesel equipment and vehicles, ensuring maximum availability and performance for customers. Tools provided by TCR; CDL preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Must provide personal hand tools; TCR supplies specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Solid understanding of essential safety, quality, and operational protocols.
• Growth-oriented mindset and collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment and vehicles, including electrical, brake, hydraulic, cooling, power steering systems, engines, and other standard electrical components.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and inspections independently, following manufacturer and customer requirements.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining rigorous quality control and product integrity.
• Health & Safety: Act responsibly to prevent injuries, adhere to safety regulations, use safety equipment appropriately, report incidents, and promote health and safety initiatives.
