Role includes on‑the‑job training, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. It features a Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off, plus opportunity for advancement as you move through training stages.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Zero to one year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn equipment and machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with shop management systems is a plus.
• CDL Class A is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles into or out of yard, wash bay, or service shop and fuel vehicles per safety policies.
• Perform multi-point inspections on inbound units and report issues to the shop.
• Maintain fuel island area and assist with basic facility tasks.
• Complete Technician Training Development Program modules and assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
