Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, serving customers and drivers across the road network. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on vehicles while upholding safety standards and quality service.

The role requires physical work such as lifting 75+ pounds and rotating day/night shifts, with benefits including tuition assistance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in various temperatures
• Always follow safety policies and procedures to ensure customer safety
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
