Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Diesel Technicians to join our fast-paced team. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles safe and on the road.

This role involves lifting 75+ pounds, working in varied temperatures, and adhering to safety policies. A rotating day/night schedule is required, with benefits and career development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing light mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engines.
• Familiar with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engines.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Perform preventative maintenance services.
• Lift and move 75+ pounds; work in close quarters and varying temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).
