Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to diagnose and repair light mechanical systems, assist with roadside services, and perform preventive maintenance for a busy, customer-facing operation. You must be able to lift 75+ lbs, work in varied temperatures, and follow safety policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires rotating day/night shifts, with Love's covering a DOT medical card and strong emphasis on safety, service quality, and efficiency across multiple travel

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
