Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, debugging light mechanical issues and assisting customers with roadside services. You will perform preventative maintenance and ensure a clean, safe workspace while supporting traveling drivers and local customers.

The role requires lifting 75+ pounds, working in various temperatures, and following Love's safety policies.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters
• Work in varying temperatures
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end, electrical, suspension, A/C, engine).
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters; work in varying temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per safety policies.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed.
• DOT medical card may be required and is paid by Love's.
