ACTS Fleet in Johnson City, TN is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician (Medium & Heavy-Duty) to service in-shop and on-site fleet vehicles. The role emphasizes uptime, safety, and first-time repair quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a medium/heavy-duty diesel technician.
• Strong diagnostic software skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow shop processes.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
• Repair diesel engines, brakes, suspensions, drivelines, and transmissions.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and emissions components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Represent ACTS Fleet professionally on-site and in the field.
