Key Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance and safety checks on vehicles.
2. Use Penske’s tools and technology for diagnostics and repairs.
3. Conduct preventative maintenance like tire rotations, lubrication, and system repairs on gas and diesel vehicles.
4. Collaborate with managers to learn new skills through training and hands-on coaching.
5. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with tools.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and outdoors.
