Waste Pro offers a comprehensive pay range based on skills and capability. We are committed to your growth, supporting ASE Certification through fee reimbursement, pay increases, and a Master Technician Bonus. Technicians are also eligible for a monthly tool allowance of up to $50.

Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, electrical, hydraulic, and body components on heavy and light-duty trucks, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems. May involve welding and fabrication.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work in extreme temperatures, and perform physically demanding tasks as described. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities. Work involves exposure to chemicals and waste, and requires the use of personal protective equipment. Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings with varying weather conditions.
