Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing in Wisconsin is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on trucks and equipment, and perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements.

The role emphasizes safety, detailed record-keeping, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop. Training is offered for the right candidate, with opportunities for growth and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and provide great service.

• Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems – from preventive maintenance to complex engine repairs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on various truck and equipment components including brakes, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations, including DOT standards and company procedures.
• Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
