Join Our Team as a Diesel Technician / Mechanic at NFI

We are seeking qualified candidates for the Diesel Technician / Mechanic role at NFI. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Pay Range and Schedule:

Hourly rate: $25 - $38, depending on experience and certifications

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. after training; training hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using diagnostic tools
• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs or more and performing extended standing or lying tasks

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license; Class B license preferred
• Technical degree or 2-3 years of maintenance experience
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools like JPRO, OEM software, Multimeters
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
