Qualifications

• Owns hand tools needed for skill classification.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs.
• Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction.
• Meet customer commitments.
• Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks.
• Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury.
• Willing to lead and train team members.
• Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished.
• Proper handling and storage of warranty parts.
