Job summary

VITUS Search Group is seeking a Technician for first shift in a TEAM environment. The role includes following manufacturer guidelines, completing detailed job write-ups, and meeting customer commitments with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include training team members, operating required tools safely, and handling warranty parts. Overtime available after 40 hours; competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Manual dexterity required to use required tools.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs
• Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction
• Meet customer commitments

• Willing to lead and train team members
• Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished

Technician Requirements:

• You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training
• Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers
• Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment
• Must be able to life at least 75 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
• Owns hand tools needed for skill classification
• Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
