Job summary

Associated Ready Mixed Concrete is seeking a Maintenance Truck Tech II to perform basic to mid-level repairs on heavy-duty equipment, including hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems. You will weld, torch, and service A/C systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Role requires 3+ years of tractor maintenance, owning tools, and ability to read inspecting documents. Travel is limited and overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates/technical cert preferred.
• 3+ years of heavy-duty tractor maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Must have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment across multiple vehicle systems.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
• Replace, install, service and diagnose major truck systems and accessories.
• Maintain records of inspections, work performed, and orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company standards.
