FleetPride in Springdale, AR is hiring a Diesel Technician II to service heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose vehicle issues, and execute repairs with limited supervision, using your tools and expertise.

The role requires a Diesel Technology Associate degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Class 7 & 8 trucks; welding and airbrake certification are preferred. FleetPride offers comprehensive benefits, training, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Diesel Technology Associate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with class 7 & 8 trucks.
• Welding experience.
• Airbrake certified.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction.
• Provide preventative maintenance solutions to customers when appropriate.
• Maintain productivity and prevent comebacks.
• Perform oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements.
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension and steering components.
