Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will work independently on major and minor repairs, driving tests to diagnose problems and complete maintenance tasks.

You will mentor newer technicians while continuing to grow your skills with guidance from managers. You'll be trained in Penske's vehicle maintenance processes and cutting-edge tech, with ongoing opportunities for career

Qualificações

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Specialized training and experience in diagnosing/troubleshooting major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training, ASE Certification, 608/609 certifications (preferred).
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining vehicles for safety and reliability.
• Performing preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repairing and troubleshooting engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems.
• Keeping work area clean and safe.
• Using Penske tools to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Learning new skills through Penske's technician training.
• Working on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
