Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Diesel Technician I in Bridgewater, MA. The technician will perform vehicle repairs, including road service, while upholding safety and quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and accurate repair estimates. The role requires at least a high school diploma and a valid DOT medical card, with tools owned preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree a plus.
• 1 year of experience with appropriate certifications preferred; own mechanical tools a bonus.
• Valid Driver’s license with DOT medical card required.
• Ability to lift 125 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety and environmental standards and keep a clean work area.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and preventive maintenance (oil, lube, filters).
• Diagnose and perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and clear explanations to customers.
• Conduct on-the-road repairs and assist store management to meet productivity targets.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with laws.
