Job summary

Penske is seeking an experienced Technician at our Raleigh location. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of vehicles, ensuring safety and road readiness.

Your leadership and hands-on skills will guide junior techs as you complete major and minor repairs, and participate in road tests for diagnosis. You will train with Penske’s technician program and use advanced maintenance technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
• Willing to comply with DOT/OSHA safety and Penske maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and safe-keep vehicles for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance with little supervision.
• Repair major components and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials.
