Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of diesel or heavy equipment experience.
• Strong understanding of PMs, brakes, suspension, and general repairs.
• Basic diagnostic ability (mechanical and electrical) and willingness to obtain CDL if needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily work assignments per the Plan of the Day.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and routine repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; escalate complex problems.
• Complete standard service work including filters, fluids, and general upkeep.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
