Ron’s Repair, Inc. in Worthington, MN is seeking a Diesel Technician to maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

You will diagnose, service, and troubleshoot diesel equipment, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area while delivering quality workmanship in a stable, local business environment.

Qualifications

• Diesel/mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods, especially diesel equipment.
• Experience with heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or similar diesel equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and committed to quality workmanship.

Ron’s Repair, Inc. is a diesel parts and service shop that has been serving the Worthington, MN area for 35 years. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Diesel Technician to join our team and perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Diesel Technician Responsibilities
