Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to maintain diesel equipment, assist drivers, and provide roadside services in a fast-paced shop environment. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varying temperatures.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on trucks and trailers.
• Provide roadside assistance to customers and drivers.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
