Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or completion of vocational/technical training.
• 1–2 years of diesel technician experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL.
• Must have base tools or obtain within 30 days.
• Safety shoes required on day one; background screening is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks per repair orders with accuracy.
• Communicate with parts and service teams to obtain parts and update status.
• Document work performed and recommendations on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles when required or refer to test technician.
• Participate in manufacturer training and stay current with bulletins.
