Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to join our team in Upper Sandusky, OH. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and provide preventative maintenance to keep our fleet and drivers moving.

Work involves lifting 75+ pounds, working in varying temperatures, and rotating day/night schedules with safety and customer satisfaction as top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
