Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, servicing vehicles and assisting drivers at locations across Tennessee. You will troubleshoot light mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist customers with roadside services while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, working in varied temperatures, and rotating day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, engine components)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds; work in close quarters and varied temperatures
• Put customer safety and satisfaction first; follow company safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s)
